10/23/2019 6:15pm I was at this McDonald's. I ordered a Big Mac meal with two sides of BBQ sauce. The younger gentleman working at this time is an asset and hard worker. There was a car pulled over in the parking lot and a truck stopped at the 3rd backup window? It was very busy. The younger gentleman ran out to the car. Handed them their food. Ran back. Grabbed food. Ran to the 3rd window. Came back to hand me my food at the second window. He was interrupted by this chubby lady, presuming the shift manager yells at him right in front of me at the window "why is there all these bags but the cars aren't moving. Get to work". I was rather offended because here's this employee going above and beyond busting his ass for a company. While her lazy work ethic is just standing around belittling instead of helping and being an asset. In fact I heard her having a full blown convo with the 1st window guy. So I said to her "You should be praising him, not belittling him. He just ran to two cars and is working hard. She rolled her eyes, didn't say anything and gave me the dirtiest look. I drove off.

Service is very slow. And they consistently get my order wrong. Would recommend going somewhere else for breakfast if I were you!

Question: Can I get an oatmeal WITHOUT the maple syrup and fruit?
Answer: Absolutely. No problem. Of course.
So the oatmeal comes, of course, with the maple syrup already added. So naturally, I told the person who took my order that they made a mistake - can they please re-do my order?
Next thing I know, I'm talking to the Manager who's telling me (1) the maple syrup is already added to the mix; there's no way to take it out, and (2) why didn't I know that?
They did NOT offer my money back.
Terrible store. Terrible service. Don't go here. -

Beyond the WORST! They aren't even at the window so you can pay....when they finally wonder up, they lost my order....and this isn't even the first time I've had this horrible service at this location.
Don't waste your time or money here!! New Carl's Jr. right across the street will be getting my business from now on... -

Can't believe how horrible this McDonald's could be. There is no greeting. We ordered our food through the kiosk and waited about 15 min for our food. I finally stood up as another patron complained that table service should be expected. We ordered a kids meal, 3 sausage McMuffin and drinks. Not difficult, yet they missed a sausage McMuffin which took another 5 min. The fries were dumped in the kids meal box. Avoid unless you're in a pinch.
